Guest House
Exterior
The guest house is approached from the A5 trunk road via a side road for 20 meters and left into a car parking area which accommodates eight vehicles. The car park surface is covered with loose limestone chippings.
Cars can be unloaded at the entrance of the guest house and assistance is available if required.
Interior
The ground floor is step free throughout but has minor level changes between some rooms.
Access to the 1st floor is via a dog leg staircase with 5 steps up to a half-landing and a further 7 steps onto the carpeted main landing.
Accommodation on the first floor comprises 3 Double ensuite rooms and one Twin room with private bathroom.
All guest rooms have Freeview TV with remote control.
The guest house also benefits from a fully automatic fire alarm system and emergency lighting to aid evacuation.
Service dogs are welcome.
Glamping
Our glamping area is to the side of the guest house. Level access from the car park to the glamping facilities.
Our pods and huts are situated on grass which in many areas can be uneven.
Wheelbarrows are available to help transport your luggage from the car park to your pod/hut.
The pods and huts have steps up to them.
The pods and huts have remote control TVs.
The communal kitchen is accessed by a shallow ramp into the room.
The female shower block has a step at the entrance, and then a small step into each shower cubicles.
The Male Shower block is a level entrance with a small step into each shower cubicles.
General
The guest house is 1.8 miles from the nearest general store (Mace, Pentrefoelas) and 4 miles from the nearest Post Office. (Cerrigydrudion). We are 8 miles from Betws-Y-Coed which has a wide range of facilities and shops. Public transportation is limited however Taxis are available locally from Goddards in Cerrigydrudion.
A local public house serving meals (Y Giler Arms) is 0.5miles (10 minute walk) from the front entrance of the guest house.
